Aleesha is a pro female bodybuilder who has been gaining fame in the last half decade. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. Her father had a career in bodybuilding and her brothers were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before like softball, soccer and basketball. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha when she was the winner of the NPC USA Championships. Her first year of competition that was the year 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place with a 9th-place finish. In 2015, she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. Aleesha, who has been steadily improving since then she won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged the fourth position. But the "World's strongest mom" had to stop her training due to her health.
